At Humbasket, customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our top priorities. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔄 Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered. - Damaged or Leaked Product
If the product is physically damaged or found leaking upon delivery. - Expired Product
If you receive a product that is past its expiration date. - Tampered or Missing Importer Seal
Products missing manufacturer/importer seal, batch number, or MRP label.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
- Change of mind or ordering by mistake
- Product returned without original packaging
- Damage reported after 3 days of delivery
📅 Return Request Timeline
- You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Email us at info@humbasket.com or call +91 8882479039 with photos and order details.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Or provide a store credit or replacement, based on your preference
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our end.
🚚 Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, expired, or wrong product), we will arrange a free pickup
- In all other approved return cases, customers may be asked to ship the item back at their own expense
📝 Important Notes
- We strongly recommend you record a video while unboxing your parcel to serve as valid proof in case of any issues
- Products must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact
